UK Skilled Worker Visa:

The Skilled Worker visa allows you to work for an eligible UK employer. To qualify, you must:

  • Have a confirmed job offer from a Home Office-approved UK employer.
  • Obtain a certificate of sponsorship from your employer.
  • Have a job listed in the eligible occupations.
  • Meet the minimum salary requirement for the role.
  • Have an English language proficiency of at least B1

UK Start-Up Visa

The Start-Up visa is for entrepreneurs looking to start a new business in the UK. Requirements include:

  • Being 18 years old or older.
  • Having your business endorsed by an approved UK endorsing body.
  • Demonstrating English proficiency at level B2.
  • Holding at least £945 in your bank account for 90 consecutive days before applying.
  • Holding valid UK leave under Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur, Tier 2, Tier 4 (General), or as a visitor with allowed activities as a potential entrepreneur.

UK Graduate Work Visa

The Graduate Work visa allows you to work and develop your career in the UK for up to two years after completing a course. To be eligible:

  • Have completed a UK bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, or other eligible courses lasting at least 12 months.
  • Your university or college must confirm to the Home Office that you have successfully finished the course.

  • Being 19 years of age or older.
  • Living outside the UK.
  • Being a domestic worker in a private household.
  • Having worked for the same employer for at least 12 months.
  • Planning to leave the UK after six months.
  • Not needing public funds.

High Potential Individual Visa

This visa is for graduates from top global universities to work in the UK for up to two years without a job offer. To qualify:

  • You must have a qualification from an eligible university within the last five years.
  • Be 18 or older.
  • Have at least a B1 level of English.
  • Have sufficient funds to support yourself in the UK.
  • Not have been granted permission under the Student Doctorate Extension Scheme or as a high-potential individual previously.

International Sportsperson Visa

This visa allows elite coaches or sportspeople to work in the UK to advance their sport. Requirements include:
